Approved Installers

We are proud to work with a variety of installers within our approved installer network.


If you would like to submit a flex application please go down to the  'Approved Installer Applications Forms' section below and the select the button for the area you would like to submit an application for.


As one of our approved installers you can submit an application for any of the areas listed below as you are automatically eligible to do once fully onboarded with us.

Installer Steps 

  1. Obtain all the documentation required to complete the application 
  2. Please select the area button from the 'Application Form'  and complete the form
  3. We will be automatically notified of your application

Flex Application Processing Steps 

    1. Application is submitted via one of our web forms
    2. Documentation given is assessed
    3. Missing documentation is requested
    4. Once received we do our first check
    5. Final check is complete 
    6. Declaration is signed by the council 
    7. Installer payment is requested
    8. Once received the installer is sent the signed declaration
    9. Ofgem is notified and installer is informed of notification via email and they can now start the installation process 
    10. Installer confirms installation details
    11. We complete a post installation courtesy call to the customer

Flex Application Advice 

» Please only submit the documentation our form requests, submitting additional evidence not needed will show down an     application. 


» Where possible please consolidate evidence into one PDF for example all bank statements in one docmation in date order,       this will greatly speed up your application. 


» If you are using route 3 the referral letter the letter needs to be on the GP headed paper and have the GP stamp on it. If you     do not have both of these then please make sure you have an email file that shows the letter come from an nhs.net email     address. 


» If you are submitting evidence pertaining to multiple occupants please make sure that all occupants sign the Flex     Householder Application form.


» We require a full pre EPR with every application and it is curtal that this is accurate and we must be able to see what     measures the EPR is recommending.


» Please double check you have selected all measures that you are going to instal on the project when submitting your online     application.
